This is an approximate size as these strikers are hand made.

The finished handle of this gonger is made from the slow-growing hardwood tree beech to give the handle sturdy grain structures and durability comparable to oak or hickory. We also use layered white wool felt for its light weight and less percussive sound when striking the bowl. The mallet head is firm yet forgiving inviting a balanced variety of sound. The grip and balance of this striker allows full control of the volume you are trying to achieve with both gongs and Himalayan singing bowls.

This versatile and unique dual gonger is ideal for a practitioner with multiple medium and smaller Himalayan cast and hand hammered singing bowls. This gonger is light in weight, but the larger felt side is capable of bringing out deep tones from bowls from 7” to 10” in diameter, while the smaller side is best for bowls below 7” in diameter. This striker is a must-have for freeing up hand space when playing multiple bowls or gongs.
