Our traditional zafu meditation cushions made of the finest cotton skins and stuffed with a natural buckweat filling. This design features a beautiful embroidered OM symbol on top and includes a handle/strap sewn into the side.
It provides a firm but cushiony platfrom for comfortable meditation. The zafu slightly raises the hips and buttocks, making all cross-legged meditation positions easier and more stable.
Our Zafus are approximately 15" in diameter and 7" tall, although sizes will vary slightly on these hand made products.
