This set of Hand Hammered Tibetan singing bowls includes 3 G2 note singing bowls, of the frequencies 94.9 hz, 96.6 hz, and 98.5 hz.
The distance from one bowl to the next, being just under 2 hz, creates a Delta wave, which is a brain frequency most associated with the body's ability to naturally achieve deep sleep, or REM sleep.
Delta waves(0 Hz - 4 Hz), being the slowest of brain function, are often associated with unconscious bodily functions, such as the heartbeat and digestion, and the body's restorative abilities, during sleep and relaxation.
Too much delta activity can lead to difficulties with thinking or focusing, and the ability to retain information or learn.
